You provide the ID/code to Fix4IT. We cannot connect unless you allow the session.

Use RustDesk for simple support sessions. RustDesk is an open-source remote desktop tool. Only download it from the official RustDesk website.

For Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops/desktops. Download RustDesk, open it, then tell Fix4IT your ID and one-time password.

For Apple Mac devices. macOS may ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions before remote support can work.

If you are on Windows, Fix4IT may also ask you to use Microsoft Quick Assist. Search for “Quick Assist” from the Start Menu.
